My methods are about inspiring you, building your confidence, and facilitating you to identify the actions, skills, resources and solutions that you need to develop and work towards your successful future. We work together to ensure you feel fully supported throughout your journey to success – ‘for the pursuit of the better’.
GOAL SETTING
Together we work on realistic goal setting for individuals and teams, defining what success looks like and implementing a roadmap for how to get there.
MOTIVATION
We’ll work on individual levels of motivation, looking at what motivates you, how to harness your motivation and how to motivate others
Efficacy
We usually know what we should be doing at work, so what’s stopping you? Together we plan out how to optimise your efficiency, face challenges at work and tackle any bumps in the road.
Productivity
What are your current productivity levels? Could they be better? Could your team be more efficient? If they’re not, why not? We’ll tackle these questions.
Collaborative Competency
It’s your future. As your Consultant/Coach, we work collaboratively to crystalise your desired outcome(s).
I support you by facilitating the process to identify viable options and solutions that will work for you and we work together on defining a road map that takes you towards a desired future that you create.
Accountability
Without accountability, none of the previous steps are worthwhile. My job is to support you to achieve your future desired outcome. Together we will agree how I can hold you accountable to execute those actions against an agreed timeframe.
Accountability is demonstrated by whatever method you are comfortable with.
